We loved the location, being close to Chinatown and the Verizon Center. The hotel facilities were great, with complimentary happy hour and the option to borrow bikes for free. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Colyn who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out. The bellman was efficient in securing cabs for us, making it easy to attend our various meetings each day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly loved the flavored water, coffee station, and daily wine reception. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Verizon Center for hockey games, as well as the portrait gallery, great theaters, and excellent restaurants. The National Mall was also within reach for exploring. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely amazing, with the yogurt, granola, and jam being the best we've ever had. The staff, in general, was attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful with information. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with its proximity to the Metro, museums, sporting attractions, and art attractions. The hotel facilities were beautiful, with a grand and historic building. The restaurant/bar was an awesome place to hang out, and the fact that they allowed for early check-in and late check-out was a big plus.

We loved the funky design and the high ceilings of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the bellmen and front door guys to the lady at guest services. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the museums, restaurants, theaters, and other attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour from 5 to 6 and the fact that we could borrow bikes for free.
