I had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B. The rooms were well-equipped and nicely updated, and the view from my room was amazing. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and showed the passion and good taste of the owners. The breakfast was excellent and made to order, catering to even picky eaters like my daughter. The location was convenient, with easy access to the National Shrine and the Franciscan monastery. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating, answering all my questions and even preparing my favorite dish for breakfast. The comfortable beds and fresh linens made my stay even more enjoyable. I especially loved the cozy living room area for relaxing with a book and a cup of coffee. a wonderful experience that I would definitely repeat.

I had a great stay at this B&B. The owners were a young couple who made it easy to communicate with them. They were accommodating even though I arrived later than expected. The location was nice, with many food options and basic amenities nearby. It was also conveniently close to the convention center, which I reached easily via the Metrorail. The breakfast provided was awesome and the room was clean. Parking was not far, and overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
